I often get asked “why do you run ?”
It’s kind of a silly question when you really think about it. Why not? Why do we do anything that we set out to do?
I first started training for endurance events on a whim. I saw an ad in the metro and thought ‘Hmm. A triathlon? Why not?!?” I signed up, I trained, I fundraised…and I loved it. It sort of became a thing....
